The person in this position will provide secretarial support to multiple attorneys with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
document production, transcribing dictation and other secretarial duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a strong client service attitude, strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to maintain confidentiality.
We will consider transitioning this position to remote work.
Qualified candidates will have experience in an office setting or legal assistant education with the ability and interest to learn.
Applicant must have strong technology skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
