The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, negotiating contracts, providing advice on market trends, and managing paperwork.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Pay is commission based.
Responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Be able to explain real estate transactions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry.
Be able to use technology to research properties and market listings.
