00 per hour BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Responsibilities Hanging small parts on to a smaller line racks so the line worker can hang full racks of parts on the main paint line.
Requirements Physical Demands Reach in a forward manner to place items and take items off the racks Stand and walk most of the shift Work at a more rapid pace depending upon need for product Visual acuity and excellent depth perception are necessary in performing critical functions of this position Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply.
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
Motor coordination and dexterity are critical in this position.
Must be able to coordinate eye and hand/finger movements when placing the parts on the racks.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
